Andrew Hunter ‘88 is executive chef for Kikkoman, head of culinary R&D for Wolfgang Puck Worldwide and executive chef for Niman Ranch. He is considered one of the country’s leading research and development chefs. Chef Andrew’s culinary development agency focuses on restaurant and menu development and product commercialization. He maintains clients in Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and the United States. He has appeared as the R&D expert on Lifetime’s series, Supermarket Superstar, as a season regular on CNBC’s Restaurant Startup and on Selena Gomez's new Food Network show Selena + Restaurant. Andrew earned an AOS in culinary arts from The Culinary Institute of America, a BA in culinary history from New College, and an MA in museum studies from San Francisco State University. @chefandrewhunter
