Executive Director, Association of African American Vintners; Founder, Uncorked & Cultured, New York, NY

Angela McCrae is executive director of the Association of African American Vintners (AAAV) and a world traveler, creative strategist, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in media, communications, events, and championing diversity. Inspired by an experience in Stellenbosch, SA, where she met a Black woman vineyard owner, she launched the wine and culture brand, Uncorked & Cultured, from her New York City apartment during the COVID-19 pandemic. The media company is a content, marketing, and engagement solution to the inequitable relationship between the global luxury wine and travel industries with BIPOC consumers. Angela has led production for the State of Black Wine Business forum, Latinx State of the Wine Industry Summit, and the 2022 AAAV Symposium. @africanamericanvintners @uncorkedandcultured
