Brian West is a chef consultant and creator of the Texas Culinary Manifesto, which brought to life the fiesta event Taste of the Republic. While he is a well-known restaurant consultant and VIP caterer, he is also a co-founder of the Texas Culinary Alliance, an organization that helps independent restaurants compete. Brian was also the operational chef for 23 episodes of Food Network’s Restaurant Impossible. His West Wednesday is a regular feature on Fox 29’s Daytime at 9.
