India-born Garima Arora is chef-owner of Restaurant Gaa, a modern Indian restaurant in Bangkok. Garima’s approach to creating a unique dining experience by using traditional and forgotten Indian cooking techniques with local Thai produce earned Gaa a Michelin star in 2019; she is the first Indian woman to receive the accolade.
